The Youth Vision & Kids Vision Training and Development Scholarship Programmes are an initiative of the Youth Vision WA network of Churches of Christ in WA. The purpose of this programme is to facilitate the training and development of youth & children's ministry pastors & workers. There will be 5, $1000.00 YVWA scholarships available in 2012. For Kids Vision WA, funding will be provided for up to 2 units of study that are completed with a pass grade or higher during 2012-13.
2012 Intake (NOW OPEN)
Applications are now OPEN for scholarship funding for 2012. The aim of this programme is to assist youth & children's ministry leaders and volunteers to gain valuable ministry skills that will help them to build effective youth or children's ministries within their local church.
Successful applicants will be encouraged to apply for Cert IV (ACTIVATE), Diploma or Degree level training including Youth or Children's Ministry Training units at ACOM.
Applicants will also be provided with networking opportunities within Youth Vision and will be encouraged to participate in Youth Vision & Kids Vision endorsed events and training opportunities.
Applications for scholarship funding close at 4pm on Monday Jan 30th, 2012.
