G'day Youth Vision WA,

WOW - I can’t believe that the last time I sent out an e-news was 2nd March. I bet you have missed it and have been really looking forward to this one!

Just recently read this great short article by Doug Fields (Youth Ministry Guru in the US) titled - 10 Steps to Developing Student Leaders. This is a really important aspect to youth ministry that I think we don’t pay enough attention to because we are busy leading our older leaders.

What teenager is currently sitting in your ministry waiting for someone like you to believe in him/her? Probably a lot more than you’d imagine! I was one of those guys (and it’s not because of the 70's perm)!
Everyone wants to be invited somewhere? No one wants to be left alone?
